Installation Guide for Free Host

I have been trying to install this forum for almost a month now with no success. I need to use a free host. The servers that i have gotten the farthest on are www.coolfreepages.com and www.maxi-web.net. It may be a lot to ask, but if there is a guide made that tells how to get a forum up and running from the beginning on a certian free host it would help me and I'm sure many others a lot. If someone wants to help me just IM me. Thanks and plz help :)
