Installer doesnt move on steps?

Im runnning apache and when i go to the installer and click the click here to go to next step part, it doesnt go there ??? the URL changes to ?step=zero at the end or something but it doesnt change ??? whats wrong

Make sure register globals is set to on for your php.ini
