Every once in a while, that confirmation email that's sent to new registering members re-confirms their username but doesn't genorate a password, it just says "your password is                              ". It's not happening all the time, around 5-10% of it I guess, any ideas?

Did you install the bugfix package from the downloads page for 1.3?
