Well I Want To Put A JPG In My Signature On My YaBB 1.3.0 Board And I Put The Tags For The IMG But Is There A Way I Can Make It Bigger Because It Is About The Size Of A Mouse!

Huh?  Make your image smaller or bigger in a graphics program...

No I Mean When I Put The Image In My Signature It Resizes It To Very Small Size. And Its The Signature Not The Avatar (If you need to know)

You can disable that in your Installed Mods and Settings.  There are limit sizes in there that restrict all images...
