Change the settings manualy, I mean the settings in "Forum Prefrences and Settings".

I don't know exactly what you mean, but you can change them in the 'settings.php', too.

:) go in Admin Panel, on the top left, u'll see " Edit Registration Agreement " , or u can do so by editting agreement.txt in folder Variable

I know how too do it the easy way, in admin pannel, and I'm using YaBB SE not gold.

Wait, a min I found the aggrement in mysql...

Someone on my boards said the reg aggrement was blank, can someone test it for me?

Because the aggrement works for me, but someone outside my network said it's blank...

It is being deceptive.  The agreement is there but it is set in the template so it is white text on a white background.
