Registration error -Failed to receive

He all,

Has anyone seen this?

2: Failed to Receive
(c:\inetpub\wwwroot\yabbse\Sources\Subs.php ln 311)

happens when registering a new user. User is registered if you click back and then try a login.

Running on XP IIS5 and MySql.

Oh, yeah and Im running PHP.
