Help w/ Profile.php line 195

Getting the above problem ... when looking at the "profile" .... it does not enable me to assign users to different groups.

check the path to your avatare folder! and if at least the blank.gif exist!

This is what I have ... and yes there is a blank.gif.

$boarddir = ".";             
$sourcedir = "./Sources";


$facesdir= "http://10.255.6.63/public/forum/YaBBimages/avatars";            

$facesurl = "http://10.255.6.63/public/forum/YaBBimages/avatars";            

$imagesdir= "http://10.255.6.63/public/forum/YaBBimages";

url means url like http://myserver.com....

but dir means absolute path like "/usr/httpd/local/user...."

please change your $facedir!
