When trying to open index.php i get:

Warning: Failed opening '../Settings.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /usr/home/oasislink/public_html/yabbse/index.php on line 2

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/home/oasislink/public_html/yabbse/index.php:2) in /usr/home/oasislink/public_html/yabbse/index.php on line 3

I have checked and Settings.php & Settings_bak.php are uploaded in the correct places
can anyone help?
