Could anyone provide a quick explanation of what exactly is affected on yaBB by changing each of these?

Title BG Color  
Title Text Color  
Window BG Color

Category BG Color

If you click this link YaBB Board Color Helper
you will be taken to Andrea's color board helper and help you :) It is situated in the Graphics and Templates board.

Thanks for the link. However, I have a problem with my yaBB board itself. I edit the colors using the Admin Forum Preferences and Settings menu, but nothing changes! Why is that?
