Please answer this!
I have got Windows 95.
I copy the correct file onto desktop and click on it, and it says that I have to locate it... Where can I locate the file? ???

The readme file should come with the install.php in the exe or zip file you downloaded.

Listen up!

I go to the 'downloads' section at the top of the page and I click on it...
It comes up with lots of options and I go for 1.3.0 version and the .exe
It comes up with a little section and I save it onto disc and onto desktop.
When I go into it on desktop it gives me 5 or 6 options.

Where on this process can I find the readme?
Am I doing something wrong?
