email/confirmation/password - BUG!!

Also, in the confirmation/password email it doesn't give the link back to the login page. Does anyone else get this when they register a new user. And is there a simple line I can add to one of the PHP scripts to fix this?

• 1st Point: I´ve got the same problem!


• 2nd Point: When I go to my profile and only change the password, I automaticly get logged out --> is that on purpose or is that a bug?


• 3rd Point: After I only changed my email-adress in the profile, I get my new password (like this:$1$gqgrK8xm$ydGFZE9dkg6j98WBfww2I1) but I can´t log in with that! But when I click on the link in that confirmation-email, a new window opens and I´m logged in, in my profil. And there I can change the password again!

And when I only change my password, the same happens as described in point 2!

• 4th Point: And when I only change my password AND my email-adress, then I automaticly get logged out again and can re-login with my new password, BUT I don´t get an email-confirmation, to my new email-adress!

Also, I have noticed that when you register it will bring you to a page that says "We have e-mailed you your password" and username/password boxes to login. The username is already filled in but no matter what you enter you get a page that says "An Error Has Occured! You should fill in a username. -"  This happens if you try to login as any user using that particular form

This Problem is solved - I changed the line in register.php

Also, check your version number...te passwords are changed a lot in 1.3

Looks fine to me, I got the following password: 1iETK0Kjl0 Entered it at login and it worked just fine...

1. Did you get a link in your first email (confirmation mail) after sign up?
2. Did you change your password and only your password in your profile and then got logged out automaticly?
3. Did you change your email-adress and only your email-adress in your profile and then got logged out automaticly and was the password in the email you got correct and was there a link also?

No, that is in fact a bug, but very simple to correct.  I couldn't read the language but did notice a link missing.

This isn't a bug, it's supposed to happen.  It gets rid of the old cookie and forces the user to login and make a new cookie.

When you change just your email you don't get logged out, but if you change your email address and add your password to the password boxes, you will be logged out...

The option is in the admin-center, that you recieve a new password after you changed your emailadress. I´ve this option checked!
