timestamp %e variable

On testing YaBB SE on Windows 2000 Server (IIS + PHP4 + MySQL) today everything ran great. The only bug I could find was an issue with the %e timestamp variable. For some reason this wasn't loading at all. My code had not changed since I used it on the nix server and it worked there. I removed the %e and changed it to %d. Works without a hitch.

Any ideas?

No ideas.  if it works then what do you need ideas for? ;)

%d is needed on Windows systems as they handle strftime slightly different.
