cant upload file bigger then 2meg.

Hi! just tryed to upload a file 4meg, and nothing happend. I mean, it started uploading and then hanged, no error messages, just all buttons become grey, and page didnt move.
in my php.ini file I set max upload file to 1000meg, so it probably not php settings. in YaBB settting max upload file is 100meg, and max dir size 1 gig.
any ideas?

Perhaps your host doesn't allow to upload files bigger than 2 MB ?

I think the default max size for an http upload in php is 2MB. At least thats what is says in my php.ini.

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 2M

if you have the rights (httpd.conf) to do that, so you can change this value using an .htaccess with allowoveride

if attachments don't work, is bug
if webhosting is down, is bug
if too bug to upload, is bug
if script not configured properly, is bug

heh... all is Dev Team fault :P

good to know where that file limiz size is in php
