Change the 30 second timeout error report

I am trying to repair my boards since when converting they are all blank.  It shows that the boards have posts, but when you view them there isn't any.  

ANyway I tried using the repair board function, but it keeps giving me the "the following is causing errors on your board" and then showing that repair boards is timing out after 30 seconds.

Anyway to make this longer?  I have alot of posts, nearly 60,000 and I figure it is going to take longer than 30 seconds to repair them.

try to add set_time_limit(0); at the beginning of the php file. It will reset the 30 second time limit. However, this will not work when your server is running in safe mode. In that case you'll have to beg your provider to turn safe mode off  

The only other way around I can think of is to break the script into pieces that can be clicked through.
