Notifications bug / problem

OK... here's the problem...

Users turn on the NOTIFICATION on a popular thread... their e-mail is incorrect... I had to allow all users to sign on without verified e-mail addresses for a couple of days (due to the error with passwords before)... and now have 60 or so users who registered in that period... and users tend to enter incorrect e-mail addresses ...

so now, i get bounce-back e-mails like crazy because they had the notificiations on a thread... and when the board e-mails them, it gets bounced back to me... which is getting quite annoying...

is there a way to SEARCH for someone's e-mail?  I know the incorrect e-mail adderss, so if there's something I can look at to get rid of the users with the incorrect e-mail addresses, that would be great...

Thanks... I'm not sure if this qualifies for a bug, but it was a problem directly related to an earlier bug (passwords)...

Actually, I just saw a bunch of users register with improper e-mail addressses... can we put some sort of check in place that makes sure there is at least an "@" symbole and a "." in the address?  

People just enter BiGMAN22 and forget the extension quite often...

Moving this as the bounce back aren't a bug.  However, if you want to log password checking in as a feature request at http://www.yabb.info/bugs it would be easy to add.
