global mods, etc

hey...can someone tell me what the difference is between a moderator, global moderator and the admin?

is this layed out anywhere?

An Administrator can do anything, anywhere... change user profiles, passwords, delete topics, etc.

A Global Mod can change messages in any forum (move them, make them sticky, delete them, etc).

A Mod can make changes only in the board they're assigned to.

It's written somewhere, I just don't remember where.
