First off i'd like to mention that on the my index page of the board, it says "Sorry, the copyright tag must be in the template.
Please notify this forum's administrator that this site is using an ILLEGAL copy of YaBB!", is this because it's not installed yet?   Anyways, to the problem...

I had no problem installing version 1.0 on my server, everything worked out fine.  I deleted my board and uploaded v1.1.   Now the first thing that doesn't seem right is I get this message:

 "Warning! It app, ears that safe mode is enabled.

This version of the YaBB SE Installer will not work with safe mode enabled. You should download the safe mode installer from yabb.info and procede with your installation using that version."

I don't know why I get that message when I happen to be using the safe mode installer, I don't remeber getting that with 1.0.  Now, everytime I try to install 1.1 my hard drive goes nuts and my system resources get all used up, making my computer run really slow.  I'm installing it on my server, so why is it accessing my hard drive?  I figured it wasn't a big deal so I just sat and waited... I left it for about an hour, and still to no avail, it did not install.  Does anybody know what's wrong?

the missing copyright tag error is cause due to a bad template... use this one: http://24.102.92.108/1.1.0_template.zip

he 1.1.0 safe-mode installer is messed... use this one: http://24.102.92.108/1.1.0_installer.zip

and if this is your own server why is PHP in safe-mode?

It's not my own server... it's my host... But thanks a lot for the files... ill try it out now

my bad i wasn't paying much attention last night since it was 4:48am for me.

Everything works fine now.  All I have to do is re-upload my template and images.  Thanks a lot  .
And 4:48am?  Since your canadian i'm guessing you were up that late drinking beer  ... but it's all good, it's 4am right now and that's what i'm doing now, I guess we canadians will never learn or something....
