Poll threads duplicating and triplicating!

Got my Yabbse board up tonight and enabled the Polls mod.  But it seems like everytime that thread is viewed, it spawns a duplicate.  When I saw it get up to three copies of the same thread, I disabled the polls.  Has this happened to anyone else and is there any way to fix this?

Are you sure it's duplicating out of the blue and not from someone submitting a few times?

I'm pretty sure that was the case because everytime I went into that thread to view it and came back out, there was another duplicate.  People were voting and it was working okay.. taking the votes and showing the results, but if you go into that thread and come back, a new one would appear.
Very strange.. not sure what would even cause that.  It's not happening on any of the other threads.  
Also, I'm still having a problem figuring out how to make the font smaller on the poll threads. For some reason, the poll thread font is much bigger and I'm sure it's just a matter of adding font tags.. just don't know where.

I do plan on trying the polls again tonight to see what happens.  In the meantime, they're disabled.
