Help with da Databases.!?!?!?!?!? Thx

I got the board up and running. seems to record user info ect. But in particular admin, and when accessing the message boards, I get this error on the next screen.

An Error Has Occurred!

2: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
(c:\apache\apache\htdocs\yabbse\Sources\BoardIndex.php ln 37)
 

I have the latest PHP / MySQL and running apache on Win98SE.

Any thoughts? I ran that Database test script and it gave me an error upon hitting the DB. I cannot figure out what to do. Ive messed with the settings.

Also - any good DB explorer program anyone would recommend?
