why am i getting this error

2: Failed opening 'template.html' for inclusion (include_path='\Apache\php\pear')
(\apache\wwwroot\yabbse\Sources\Subs.php ln 144)

this is on the install, when i try to go to the board
winxp
apache 1.3.23
php 4.1.2
yabbse 1.1.0

i dont get this error when i install 1.0.0

im going to try upgrading to 1.1.0

yea its there, it turns out i have a mis configured php.ini  file, could someone post a good working php.ini file?

Just change your include path in the php.ini

or from the php .zip file instead of the .exe (.msi) installer extract the php.ini (use the php.ini-dist file.)
