Installation went well, no errors, no problems with the conversion AFIK, but on the last step, when trying to go to the newly created board, there is no index.php file in the directory and the board will not start.

Tried it again twice with the same results.  suggestions?

Nope.  It's not there.

It was never  created in any of the times I installed the program.

Are you using the non-safe installer?
Are ANY of the files there?
is php in safe mode?

If you used the safe mode installer, you forgot to upload it?

All the other files seem to be there.

Safe mode?  There is an initial message box that says

 "Safe Mode Check:

It appears that safe mode has been disabled. You may continue.
