Rearranging parts of board??

Ok- at my board here http://www.buffy-vampireslayer.com/yabbse/index.php  I removed the litter versions of the "B" and "A" in the strip that shows you the icons for new and read topics- and to the right of it says "Mark all messages read"

Is there a way to remove that as well and stick in whatever I want- like say a quote or something?  And be able to have the "mark all messages as read" in between "Forum name" and "topics" along the board strip??
