what does this mean???

my board was working fine till 30 minutes ago when i go to my forum and received these errors:

It would maybe help if you would give a link to your board and to your phpinfo.

you have a parse error in your Settings.php! that means you have a ; or so  forgotten!

line 148 is this part with the avatarsize!
