I hate this web host. Hey Alex, this is what they told me to do:

Hi. No the server management is for us to manager the server. You are the
site admin. There is no way to create the database from within the
control panel. You must create the database or find an empty one from the
net.

I am at a loss as to what I do now!! Where can I find an empty DB on the net? Or where can I create one on my local machine?? Is this ridiculous or is it just me?

Well, Do I have good news!!!!  

I switched host's last night, Uploaded all the files 3times faster than my old host and I have and I have it up and running. It took less than a half hour from start to finish!! It really feels good that I didn't give up on it!
