Error in step 7

When i try to set up the admin account, i receive this message:

YaBB SE Safe Mode Installer

Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in install.php on line 295

Warning: MySQL: A link to the server could not be established in install.php on line 298
Error: Access denied for user: 'relampagos' (Using password: NO)



What does this mean?? I think i filled everything correctly till here. The folder chmod is 777 and settings.php 666, it's safe mode and i used the install.php from 1.0.0...any idea?

goto your board and check to see if you get any errors there.

but to me either the address to the server is wrong or mySQL isn't accepting any more connections.
