IP Address doesn't show up

My moderators said they were once able to see the IP address of posts but no longer can.  I have no idea how long this has been happening, but I loggen in as my test account which is set up as a moderator only and they are correct.  All I can see is report to a moderator, a globe, and "logged".

Any ideas?
