How To Add Coloured Scrollbars?

How do I add coloured scrollbars to my forum? I want the colours of the scrollbar to match this forum.

Can someone please give me the code and tell me where to add it.

Add this code between the CSS style tags <style> and </style> in the Head section of your template.html.

and they only work in IE 5.5 +
