Cannot use database yabbse, connection to server succeeded by the way.

HEy all, I just tried installing YABBSE in both safe- and non safe mode, for some reason or antoher i get this error

Cannot use database yabbse, connection to server succeeded by the way.

Any ideas?

Should I create the database first in my admin scripts?

Verify that the path ois correct that you are putting for the location of the old YaBB boards:

/home/kyleyankan/cgi-bin/YaBB/Variables/

is what you have but should it be:

/home/kyleyankan/public_html/cgi-bin/YaBB/Variables/

But my cgi-bin is not i nthe public_html dir, it is in the same dir as it.
