cant browse mod

i got this error msg:

2: fopen("http://www.yabb.info/packages/as/package.list","r") - Bad file descriptor
(/usr/local/apache/public_html/yabbse/Sources/PackageGet.php ln 122)

any suggestions or answers to this problem?

Check your paths because the link goes to yabb.info...
