How can we make an announcement only forum?

Hello.

How can we make a forum which is viewed by everyone, but only Admins can post in it?

Right now everyone can post in it, if they can view it.

Any ideas?

in 1.1.0 its built in. to set an annoucement board just edit the board via the admin CP
