An Error Has Occurred!

2: fopen("./template.html","w") - Permission denied
(/users/coolfreepage.com/rpgmaniacs/YABBSE/Sources/Admin.php ln 797)

I got that when trying to modify my template from the admin center. I already checked for proper chmod. In fact, I redid all the chmodding for all the files. No luck. What else could give me this error? I REALLY want to modify my template.

It's is chmod 666?  You can also edit it offline and then upload it...

I'm sorry. I just fixed it. I just figured (given that error) that it was a chmod problem in the admin source. It was a chmod problem in the template. Rock on!
