The latest update I saw was in the News Forum. It said it requires phpAdmin to install. the problem is, 1. My phpAdmin is not working. I sat online with a guy from here for an hour trying and it would not work. I can get to the Admin page, but it lists "no databses". 2. If I could get the phpAdmin to work, I wouldn't know how to use it. I guess I could use the install directions, but I still need to make my phpAdmin work 1st. All of the config. settings in phpAdmin are set properly. Can someone help? ???

Actually there have been several posts since.  You can download the safe mode version for now, run the upgrade.php script (put it in the same directory as Settings.php) and that will update your database.

Then copy over the Sources files and you will also want the new english.lng file.
