Where can I adjust the default cell height in the tables ?

I want a smaller table cell size on the main index (first display page)

there isnt a default cell height... you can try going thru the code and changeing all of the 'cellpadding' attributes to 0 but most are 0 anyways. and you could end up ruining the design of your board.
