another permission denied

when I click the forum settings and preferences in admin area

seems a chmod problem but I could not find which to chmod
BTW I installed the forum at the main directory like www.mydomain.com

CHMOD the directory the board is in to 777

create a file called Settings.bak ... make sure its named 'Settings.bak' (nothing has to be in it) upload it and CHMOD it to 666 if you still have a problem CHMOD the file to 777

I had the same "2: Unable to create 'Settings.bak': Permission denied" problem and fixed it by creating a settings.bak file.

I can now get into the settings in YaBB admin but now get a  "2: OpenDir: Permission denied (errno 13)
(/mnt/host-users/talkingcrape/Sources/Admin.php ln 913)
" half way down the page.

Any ideas?
