Problems with dumping the db

PHP Version: 4.3.4
MySQL Version: 4.0.x
Server Platform: Windows 2000, XP, or 2003

Problem Description:
I have a problems to dump the forum db. I have used the dumpfunction in the forum but I only get error messages like this

I have also tried to dump teh db in phpmyadmin and it works fine. What is wrong with the function in the forum and what do I have to do to make it work.
