[Done 151] A Better Cell Mouse

This is part of Supermod, I did not like the way cell mouse over was written. Many people have been clamering for the ability to turn the option off or on and change colors.

So, this idea comes forward from my Supermod recoding.

Run the dbadd cellmousedbadd.php file first before applying this mod.

my recommendation:
change 'onMouseOver' into 'onmouseover'
and 'onMouseOut' into 'onmouseout'
the ones with capital letters arent XHTML 1 valid

hmm Ok. But.. Who uses XHTML ? Would they use XHTML accessing a forum board such as this? Making this change, would these changes have ramifications of downward compatability issues?

Internet Explorer uses xhtml.

ahmm... what happened to the link? I cannot get the file anymore but I could use the mod (in case it'll still run after the update... )
