[beta] Collapsable Categories for 1.5.1 RC45

A very simple MOD for YSE 1.5.1 RC45, adding collapsable Categories to your forum like the ones used here at yse.org ;D

Every Category can be switched collapsable/not-collapsable from the Category-Screen... Collapsing/Expanding works only for members!

The categories on my board are images instead of text so I had to modify the code in step 6 a little, but otherwise everything worked just fine!  ;D

Successfully integrated (well, it's VERY rewritten, but still...) into my secret project.
