Top main nav bar.

How do I alter the top main navigation bar?  I don't want to change the appearance of the images, that is easy enough.  I just wanted to add an extra button. What file do I have to play with to do that?
I figured that it had something to do with the tag <yabb menu> but i dont know how to play with it. If anyone can help, id love it.

u have to edit Subs.php
just search for the string "$yymenu ="
and add the new button there
