Ignore IM From Selected User

Perhaps I've simply overlooked it, but some of my members are asking for a mod to be able to ignore instant messages from a user of their choice. An /ignore feature.

Any chance one exists?

Perhaps you simply over looked it or it does not exist in your version of Yabb but in mine (1.4.1) if you go to your message center and click on the "preferences" button, you can have an "ignore" list. I've never used the IM or this setting but it seems that might be what you are looking for.
