I'm not sure where to post this but I really need some help :(

Hi guys,

I need major help with the font size on my board, it's all messed up. The signatures are too big, the latest post column font is too big, grrr everything is all out of whack. I downloaded a template from the template vault because I liked the colours, and it went ahead and messed up my boards.

What I would like is for my forums to have the extact same kind of font sizes used HERE at this board (they are perfect) and just keep the colours of the fonts and tables, etc...the colours are fine, it's just the horrible font sizing.

I have tried my best to change it through my template editor but it only seems to work for certain things.

Could someone possibly help me out here? Message me, e-mail me, post something? I am i desperate need of assistance!

First: The next time you post, choose a GOOD subject, not such a **** !

Second: Look in your template.php, you'll find the font sizes. Try to change them and reload your forum to see the result.

What the crappity smack is that supposed to mean? I was only asking for help, I don't know much about php and css, no need to be an ass about it.

I've looked at my template PHP and I can't figure it out. Call me stupid or whatever and the style type is css. As I said, I know sweet FA about css.

In your template, this is what it should be:

BODY - FONT-SIZE: 12px
TD - FONT-SIZE: 12px
INPUT - FONT-SIZE: 9pt
TEXTAREA - FONT-SIZE: 9pt
SELECT - FONT-SIZE: 7pt
.windowbg - FONT-SIZE: 12px
.windowbg2  - FONT-SIZE: 12px
.windowbg3 - FONT-SIZE: 12px
.text1 - FONT-SIZE: 12px
.catbg - FONT-SIZE: 13px
.bordercolor - FONT-SIZE: 12px
.quote - FONT-SIZE: 10px
.code - FONT-SIZE: 10px

If you go into you admin center, you will find a place where it says "Edit your forum template", that makes it all very easy to change.

I think Daniel was referring to "I'm not sure where to post this but I really need some help ".

A better subject would have been "font size troubles" or "help with fonts".  That way we know what the thread is about abnd in the future if someone else is having the same problem they may come across the thread.  Often times I don't read threads with ambiguous subjects since there are so many others to read.  Glad it is fixed though.
