Change Thread Font Size...?

What part of the template changes the thread font size (the text that people post).  It's too big for me, and I don't like it.  Here's a link to an example:

The text that I'm referring to reads, "Band Kids: ..."

that should be .windowbg, .windowbg2 and .windowbg3 inside template.php or edit forum template
