Is there anything like vBulletin where a user can select their own template?  I posted something similar to this in the Mod section, but got no replies.

have you looked in completed mods section? if there is not such a mod, then such a mod doesn´t exist yet!

but it´s not so difficult to make a usertemplate mod!

ask for it in mod ideas!
