Well, having looked at them, the single-color background makes them look plain, flat, and boring. Basically: horrible.

aha oke

quote from jasc.com:
Quote
Can Paint Shop Pro 7 open Photo Shop 6.0 files (.psd)?

Issue

Resolution

Paint Shop Pro 7 is able to open most Photo Shop 6 .PSD files. However, if the .PSD file contains any proprietary information in it such as Vector content, or Adjustment Layers Paint Shop Pro may not be able to view the file.

Does the psd contain those things? (maybe i shout reinstall psp it has been doing strange lately)

You can make your own ! ::)
I changed them after many users asked how to make a gradient (I had one). Not everybody is such an ass-kicking graphic designer like you, my friend.

You could put the two of them in one psd.

I have made my own, thanks.

What is it with you people? You post these things on a message board, don't you expect that there's going to be people that don't like them, and are going to tell you?
Not everyone's going to sugar-coat their responses to keep you happy. If I think they are a pile of crap, I'll say so, thank you very much.

You are certainly allowed to do so.  Call it sugar coating, I call it being "mature" or "adult" or "tactful" or "courteous."

If you choose to be an ass about it by making sure to repeat over and over how much better than other people you are, maybe you should be prepared for people to not "sugar coat" it and call you an ass.

The best thing all around is do one of two things:
suggest ways to make them better - a lot of people would like to be stepped through making better graphics.

or

KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT.  Telling people they're stuff sucks is not only uncalled for, it is completely unhelpful.  You have the right to comment on other's work, but you also must deal with the consequences of being a jerk about it.
