I am assuming that you will use optimized HTML this time? ;)  the stuff that is on 1.3 is horrible.  Too many spaces.  Also, redo the license.  It uses spaces instead of tabs.  Many little things makes a lot of extra space and extra "bloat".

They give them out at random I beleive... but if not I like and use "The strange one" at most message boards. :)

That is correct, admins and global moderators can give out custom titles...well global mods only themselves :)

I have different ones. I like "What will I do today?" the best.
