is there a way to set a announcement on all forums and have it closed. ?? like i want to set rules and i want to have it shown in every forum but i have so many that i dont want to go through each one and post.

Also i want all my text like all of it on the forum size 8 verdana is this possible??

Currently this can not be done. It is a feature that would be cool to have and I would guess is in the next version. With a lot of boards there currently is no quick and easy way to do this.
