Directory /yabbse does not exist yet, please create it first

Even though i have the directory clearly made already.

Make sure it is chmoded to 777.

It's a win2k server, and i figured it out, i think, i just left it blank, but now i have another problem Step3, it just hangs up, when i put a password it goes, but it says wrong information, my login information only requires a login.
