Hey Everyone,

Is there an option available to email the contents of a post when someone is subscribed to a thread?  I have a board and some of the members work for the government and only have email access and not internet access.  I don't want them to miss out on discussions so I was wondering if there was a way for them to still participate in discussions by receiving them via email.

How can you have a member of a board... if they don't have net access?  ???

 btw, Desiree, try clicking on Print button from the message, and then save it as html or txt sth, then attach it to ur email to members, solve ur question ?

I am actually working on an alumni website which consists of about 75 people.  Currently, it is hosted under yahoo groups and the moderator of the group signed up those who didn't have net access, therefore when there are discussions going on in the message board they receive the posts in email format without having to go the site.

I guess I could save the text and email it to them but I was wondering if there was a way this could be done automatically.

There has been a lot of talk of creating a "Yahoo Groups" type mod.  If you search the board you should find some talk of it.

Lots of companies have email access and not internet access, it's not unusual guys...
