can "What ppl doing" become true ?

Yeah - it wouldn't be too difficult. (I take it you mean what they're doing on the forums)

You just need an extra field in log activity, when you log that they're active you log the activity at the same time

That's the general idea anyway

subs.php  -> function writelog()

you need:
1) another field - probably called current_action
2) a way to take the current action (e.g. post) and decide whether to log it (things like admin functions should be ignored)
3) a way of displaying the details

Unfortunately I'm doing a lot for YaBB at the moment and don't have time to persue mod development, however I'll see what I can do to make sure it's included in future versions.
