YabbSe1.3 doesn't accept any Form. Possible form redirection?

Hi,

I have succesfully installed YabbSe 1.3. It is works, but I can't log in, register, etc. When I fill the login form, and submit it. The program said, that you should fill a username. It seems, that the form doesn't send the information. It is works only with Opera. If I do it under Opera, through submission Opera ask, what to do with the redirected forms? Send, Don't send, Cancel. If I click Send, the stuff has gone, everything is works. I suspect something about the server. What could it possible with the server which is runs the YabbSE.

I've seen this before I can't really figure it out.  It's as if POST submitted data just isn't bein accepted.  Has anyone else encountered this before?

I've sorta run into this sorta thing before if all my form variables arn't declared as global before I try to access them.  I believe it has to do with how php is configured but not quite sure.

Could be the accepted order of data?  maybe a phpinfo would be helpful?
