Problem with the package manager

I have a problem with the package manager.
When i open my package manager and i click on matt or something, i get this:

2: fopen("http://www.eztarch.com/yabbmod//package.list", "r") - Message too long
(/data/hosting/forumekes/data/yabbse/Sources/PackageGet.php ln 131)

Whats the problem???
